INEMAD stands for 'Improved Nutrient and Energy Management through Anaerobic Digestion'. INEMAD will focus on innovative strategies to reconnect livestock and crop production. New nutrient and energy flows are re-thought to generate growth opportunity for the agricultural and industrial sectors. Nutrient recycling can be done by biogas production and the use of digestate as fertilizer. [About INEMAD]
The INEMAD team is a team of 13 partners from 8 different countries with a mix of academic partners and partners with a strong feeling with the biogas and agricultural sector. [Who we are]
Coordinators are Prof. Jeroen Buysse and Prof. Erik Meers from the Belgian Ghent University.
